Furthermore, you expressly release Onapothak.lk, owned by Dinrich International Private Limited, and/or its affiliates, and/or any of its officers and representatives from any costs, damages, liabilities, or other consequences arising from the actions or inactions of sellers or other service providers. You specifically waive any claims or demands you may have in this regard under any statute, contract, or otherwise. Your sole recourse in such situations is to discontinue using the Site and its services.

The seller retains the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion before dispatch. We will promptly notify you of such cancellations via email, SMS, or phone call. Any prepayments made in the event of such cancellations will be refunded to you within the stipulated time frames.

By confirming your order, you acknowledge that the products or services you've ordered are for your personal consumption and not for commercial resale. You authorize us to declare and provide declarations to any governmental authority on your behalf, stating the aforementioned purpose for your orders on the Site. The Seller or the Site may cancel an order if the quantities ordered exceed typical individual consumption. This applies to both the number of products ordered within a single order and the placement of multiple orders for the same product, where the individual orders exceed the typical consumption quantity. The determination of what constitutes a typical individual's consumption quantity limit is at the sole discretion of the Seller or us and may vary from individual to individual.

You have the option to cancel your order at no cost at any time before the item is dispatched to you.

This applies to both the number of products ordered within a single order and the placement of multiple orders for the same product, where the individual orders comprise a quantity typical for a normal household.
